Harmonic Hospitality Group and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliated operating entities (collectively, “HHG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information entrusted to us.

This Privacy Policy explains how HHG collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you interact with HHG, our restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, brands, websites, mobile experiences, online ordering services, marketing programs, private-event services, and other digital or in-person services that link to or reference this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

HHG operates hospitality concepts and brands that may include The Stuffed Olive, Double Tap, Roxxy, Deringer’s, and other concepts or locations owned or operated by HHG subsidiaries or affiliated entities.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, references to HHG include the applicable HHG subsidiary or affiliated operating entity with which you interact. This Policy does not apply to independently owned licensees, franchisees, or other third parties unless they expressly adopt or reference this Privacy Policy.

Where offered, you may choose to receive SMS or MMS text messages from HHG or one or more HHG brands.

Depending on the program and the consent presented when you enroll, messages may include:

  • Location-specific offers

  • Images, graphics, or other MMS content

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from HHG.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may withdraw your consent and stop marketing text messages by replying STOP to an HHG marketing message. You may also contact us using the information listed below. We will honor other valid requests to revoke consent as required by applicable law.

If an SMS or MMS enrollment expressly states that your consent applies to multiple HHG brands or locations, those HHG brands or locations may use your information consistent with the consent presented at the time you enrolled.

Mobile telephone numbers, SMS/MMS opt-in information, and messaging consent will not be sold or provided to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share mobile information with telecommunications providers, messaging platforms, service providers, and other vendors as necessary to operate the messaging program, deliver messages, maintain records, and comply with law.

Opting out of one messaging program may not automatically unsubscribe you from a separate program for which you independently enrolled. We will provide appropriate opt-out instructions for each applicable program.

Where applicable law permits use of an authorized agent, we may require evidence that the agent is authorized to submit the request on your behalf.

HHG will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our general websites and Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 in a manner prohibited by applicable law.

If we learn that we collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Certain HHG businesses, promotions, events, offers, or communications involve alcoholic beverages or age-restricted activities and may be limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older.
