The Stuffed Olive
The Stuffed Olive was founded in 2004 in the Blackhawk Hotel in Cedar Falls, Iowa. It began as a Martini Bar with a great menu featuring plenty of great concoctions to choose from. In 2005 tapas (small plates) were added to the menu and the martini menu continued to grow. The Stuffed Olive successfully runs through Iowa City, Omaha, Nebraska and Madison, Wisconsin. Today there is over 100 martinis to choose from and some of the best chef prepared food in the area. The new Stuffed Olive is full of soft leather seating in a modern, luxurious, yet minimalistic atmosphere. We often hear from our guests that the Stuffed Olive is their favorite place. We think it just might be yours too.
